Memorial for the Virginia Tech Victims - 04/22/07 The members of the Descent of the Holy Ghost felt a need to pray for the souls of the victims of the Virginia Tech massacre. The public was invited. Following the service a guest speaker, Lt. Robert F. Merchant, from the Hammond Police Department spoke on violent crimes. Members of the press were present.
